I have really been enjoying all of these videos, especially since I recently retired, and the quarantine makes me feel even more isolated. One suggestion regarding the 'carry things whenever you can, like groceries' comment: groceries are now mostly packed in bags with handles, and we are damaging our shoulders by carrying all that weight hanging off our fingertips. After tearing a rotator cuff this way, I've learned to carry weight close to my body as much as possible. Carry your groceries the old fashioned way, like you'd hold a child. When I have to carry by handles, I try to keep my elbow bent and not just have the bag dangling.

So glad I found you. I love everything about you. Your soothing calm voice has won me over. I suffered Kidney failure and the loss of one kidney and presently hoping the medications save me from dialysis. After 2 years on this crazy ride I have lost so much muscle and gained so much weight from the meds and from quitting smoking. So far I am down 16 pounds and still need to lose 30 more. These were a challenge but doable. I will stay positive because I know there will be sunshine through the pain.

As a 64 yr old instructor for over 40 yrs I would like to note that most of these exercises are for shoulders, if you want great arms add more weight and do biceps and triceps,

Hi Schellea, I am from Montreal Canada. It is the first time in my life I follow exercise routine. I am in my late fifties ;) and the reason why I finally stick to a daily exercise, I liked the idea of 5+ minutes videos, I can add as much as I can. I am a busy woman and cannot dedicate two hours of my time to go to Gym. Thank you for the relaxing zen stretching and the fat burning exercises.
I like it when the timer rings and when you guide us through, it allows us to close our eyes and concentrate.

❤️ these but effective....I have been training for weeks with you and I feel ready to use 3kg weights for some of the moves....exercise has become even more essential for this 53 year old lady as I have just received a second breast cancer diagnosis....after 15 years clear from the first. Gotta get fit as I can pre surgery and treatment and as soon as I can, I will be back working out with you again. Delighted I subscribed. You are amazing and inspirational but totally relatable! I wish I'd done these years ago, great arm exercises. Actually bought some dumbells at last and noticing the difference. I've been lopping trees in the garden with hardly any arm ache, weh hey!!

Ive done all your arm exercises, this video is my favorite. I like that some of the moves are not the same basics like curls. My favorite is the tennis move. Thats a real challenge thats different. Thank you for all the inspiration!

Short but very effective. they werent easy. will try to these daily or at least 4-5 days a week. I have arm cellulite now but am doing keto and want to improve my arm ;look for the summer. Thanks so much.
