i- y'all won't believe this!!! I was warming up like half an hour ago, but stopped cause I wasn't feeling it and the workout I had planned seemed too tiring. so I got into bed, scrolling on my phone, and, ,,, lo and behold!!! exactly what I needed. Em, you're a gem 💓💓

Yes! I despise doing ab workouts but I loved this cause sometimes, depending on the move I can’t do it for the 30-50 second intervals. Was able to finish my workout feeling accomplished instead of annoyed at needing to modify some of the exercises.

I love this! The ladder way of doing it really helps my motivation. I've had a hard time keeping my motivation up for working out, and I'm excited because I will probably start doing this video a lot! Thank you!
