ABS ABS ABS!!!
We all want them but nobody wants to train them.
I created this quick and fast 8 MIN. ABS Workout to have another challenge for you and make those abs popping.

I prefer quick and effective workouts that really burn, so I really love this one to get defined abs and get stronger in your core.

This workout will focus on
- lower abs
- upper abs
- whole core strength

We will be doing this workout EVERYDAY for the next 14 DAYS.
8 Minutes a day keeps the doctor away.
Make a picture before and after the 2 weeks and show me your results in the comments down below.

WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER :) Let's do this.

Upper stomach slight abs able to see after 8 days, lower abs still yet to see desired effect. will do one more week and record results

Day 1: Done ✅

Day 3: Done ✅ tbh my stomach started to burn so badly lol, but I like the feeling
Day 4: Done ✅
Day 5: Done ✅
Day 6: Done ✅
Day 7: Done ✅
Day 8: Done ✅
Day 9: Done ✅ So I decided to do measurements today(for the first time in 9 days), and it seems that I've lost 3 cm in my lower belly, and 1 cm in the upper part
Day 10: Done ✅
Day 11: Done ✅
Day 12: Done ✅
Day 13: Done ✅
Day 14: Done ✅ I'll write the results tomorrow guys
Results: Before: upper part-76 cm; lower part-95 cm. After: upper part-73 cm; lower part-90 cm
For the past 3 days I did the workout for 2 rounds. I'm quite shocked by the results. Thank you🤗

I did this workout on my period, and it helped with the cramps. Somehow the pain of these exercises covered the period pain... Mary thank you I guess

I loved how you do not have to talk... I found most of the youtubers talk too much while working out which is quite annoying for people to follow them. LOL.

Diese 60 Sekunden Übungen machen es zum härtesten Bauchworkout überhaupt! nach den 14 Tagen möchte ich es ohne Pausen schaffen :D
