i’ve been doing this for about a week and already see results! I did however increase the time on the exercises to 35 seconds, it made a huge difference

Thank you. i always feel self concious about workouts and a simple demonstration without explanation and embarrassing motivational phrases, or over the top music or something is really nice. Glad I can do this quietly in my bedroom.

During the plank dips my lungs made some goofy ahh noises. Sounded like I was breathing out at the same time as in
