I like how she doesn’t promise to have shredded 6 pack abs in 10 days bc that’s not realistic. Simple yet effective exercises that give you results to keep you motivated:)

I usually dont train abs (i know🙈) because I hate it and dont really know how to perform the exercises. But this one to start with was already so much fun!! Probably going to feel this one for a week tho😂 but absolutely loved it!! Setting a goal for myself now to train abs at least once (or twice) a week with your followalong ab workouts💪thankyou!!
