I've been doing this workout three times per week for the past 3 months. With a good died I went from barely a 2-pack to a fairly good looking 6-pack. I defo recommend this workout.

U inspired me so much.
I was skinny, everyone makes joke of me.
But now I'm jacked just because of you.
You are consistent with your workouts and I'm doing it regularly.
I hope to do it in future also.

DAY 23 of this challenge and I can see a drastic change in my abs. Maybe not in 23 days but if I continue this workout for more 22 days, probably I would get my dream abs.

Honestly, everyone *MUST* try this challenge. Really loved it.

No pain no gain.💪🏽

man, you are the best But dont forget, a big part of the results comes from the kitchen, cut down on sugar and bread....that will already help get results. Eat oatmeal in the morning, then a lot of veggies and meat for lunch and dinner. No bread and just enough rice ! That will help you cut down @ the belly part

Amazing workouts, I do them every day since almost 60 days now and see a big progress. I added them to my daily routine of round 15 min. extra-workouts besides all i do in martial arts and tennis and it is really amazing!!

Day 1: Pain(no time to rest)
Day 2: my body is adjusting slowly
Day 3: still adjusting
Day 4: Abs on fire
Day 5: Didn't feel a thing untill bicycle(cause no rest)
Day: 6: Same as day 5
Day: 7: Getting stronger🔥
Day 8: Keep messing up at side plank(i sweat too much)
Day 9: Had to reduce the reps cause i sprain myself while practicing for the big day
Day 10: Had to heal my body so no workout
Day 11: No pain no gain (still injured but i have healed enough to do basic movement)
Day 12 - 24: Nothing happen
Day 25 -29: I got sick
