Don't get discouraged! Everyone starts somewhere, move at whatever pace you need to. Stick with it; it's completely worth it and you can do it.

The most effective ab routine is a combination of all of them (not all at once of course) as variety is what makes sure you are not building up too much strength in one area over another. As for the side plank crunch, do it off your knee until you have more control and also be sure to move very slowly to help maintain balance. Never try to keep up with us if we happen to be moving more quickly, just shave off a few repetitions.

Thanks Bianca! Muscle takes up less room than fat, so while leg exercises might reshape (and not necessarily increase the size of) the legs, a woman would have to work very hard, lift very heavy, and make dietary changes in order to add any significant size.

We only had about 40 minutes for our live chat - we had to go back to work filming new workouts :) We're hoping to do this again soon. We don't have the manpower to build custom workout plans but people see great results with our 8 Week Fat Loss Programs.

THIS ROUTINE REALLY WORKS!! I've been doing these exercises in combination with other FB ab routines for about a month now and my stomach is looking so much more toned im so pleased. I started seeing results after 2 weeks of doing this routine once or twice daily!

Holding onto dumbbells helps by making it easier to keep your wrist in a straight line. Check out some of our upper body routines to focus more on the shoulders, and start stretching and strengthening your wrists as well.

Whatever time you'll actually workout is the best time to workout - likelihood of adherence outweighs any kind of benefit of working out during any certain "ideal" time of the day. If you're working out after eating, wait at least 1.5-2 hours to let your food digest.

The high plank knee circle and the one after it are great exercises I've never heard of/tried before. Please incorporate them again in future videos!

i reminder starting this workout and thought id never be able to complete it but after a while it got easier and ive moved on to longer and harder workouts pushing and working out on your own paste really does help.

I love how these videos are not the slightest bit cheesy. I can't stand some fitness DVD's and videos but these are really helpful and to the point.
