I found this channel like two years ago and then I was running for track and so I stopped doing these workout. Now I moved and became insecure going into my first year of high school in a new place knowing no one. Omg, that BURN!! I usually don't like ab workouts with talking, but this one was AMAZING! My abs were on fire & they're still burning. Especially right after the last exercise, when I stretched my belly. OUCH!

That was nice 😊 I didn't feel up to anything too crazy today. This provided a decent challenge without being too hard for my lacking energy. Thank you, Maddie. Now on to some relaxing stretches and stress relief.
