It's YOU versus YOU in this quick + dirty 20-Minute Full Body AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) Workout!

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-25 lb dumbbells.

►TIME STAMPS + WORKOUT OUTLINE:
00:00 Workout Introduction
It looks like this:
✔️ 2 AMRAP Circuits (2 moves per circuit)
✔️ Rep Count (Perform 10 reps of each exercise “AMRAP” – as many rounds as possible – in 4 minutes)
✔️ Note The Final Minute Of Each AMRAP Circuit Will Turn Into A “Power Minute” With Power Moves
✔️ Rest For 1 Minute Between AMRAP Circuits
01:20 Warm Up
06:05 Circuit 1
1. Legs: 10 Deadlift + Clean Squat
2. Arms: 10 Push Ups
🔥 POWER MINUTE: Dumbbell Burpee + Clean + Front Squat
11:00 Circuit 2
1. Legs: 10 Reverse Lunges
2. Arms: 10 Bent Over Back Rows
🔥 POWER MINUTE: Bodyweight Burpee + 2 Lunge Jumps
15:30 Core Burnout
17:10 Cool Down + Stretch

Love a quick sweaty workout to start the day! I personally don’t care for the AMRAP format because I often give up too easily. The 15 minutes was just enough to keep me motivated. Maybe I’ll do the 30 min one next. Thank you!!

this was a good one! I see "AMRAP" and often hesitate to click because they aren't my favorite....but this one was challenging and the perfect amount of time

Perfect challenge for an end of the “sick kids “week. Just put the work in and remember that some weeks don’t look like the hard 30 minutes you want to give but that something is better than nothing !!! Love your challenges NML!

loved, loved this work out, packed but short, loved the frog squat that felt really good, I ride horses and needed this Strech for inner thighs. Never thought to do something like that...thanks ladies. You both are wonderful.

Thumbs up if you were cursing Lindsay's name during this workout. Oh my God barely had a habit where I worked out to the point where I really couldn't pick up the weights anymore and then you threw in the burnout round 😅

Other than the core burnout at the end, would this workout be safe for pregnancy with modifications with the push ups?
18 weeks pregnant and this looks so fun!
