Tap in with us for a 30 minute full body strength session that's made for all levels of fitness! This workout combines basic strength training movements with isometric holds to help maximize output with each exercise. We recommend going slightly heavier in weights/dumbbells than what you may be used to in other workouts. Some of the exercises may be slightly difficult, so you can follow Juice for any of the modifications we've included. When I was 40, I was in the best shape of my life. Now at 53, I am in the worst shape of my life. I started using your videos daily, and my goal is to get back to using 25lb. dumbells within 3 months. I love the flow, and it is a nice mix of exercises that keeps me interested, and despite my body's desire to revolt, after two weeks I already notice a difference in stamina and strength. Great job you two!

I am so happy that I found you guys! I used to lift weights but had an injury so I stopped for a while. I stopped going to my gym back when Covid hit and just have been doing workouts from home.
