Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell shoulder workout a try! You get a full shoulders workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. All experience levels can do this. It's 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen! BUILD THOSE SHOULDERS!!!

Everyone be careful with this one. I did this about a week ago and I feel some pain in my shoulder and I believe it is rotator cuff related. Just use a weight that you’re comfortable with, or maybe even lighter than you’re comfortable with to be safe. Really appreciate these videos though, thanks Mike!

Holyy crap! I've been staying in a motel since we just moved to a new state and all I've had with me in here is a pair of 10lb dumbbells and resistance bands. I did this shoulder workout and 2 of your other shoulder workouts 2 time through and my shoulders are DEAD! will continue with alot of these workouts while I'm stuck in this motel lol.
