Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell shoulder workout a try! You get a full shoulders workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

While I was doing the reverse fly, I suddenly lost some control and on the way down my dumbbells actually colided and one of them slid into my hand. The result was it busted and actually broke my thumb's nail, causing it to turn a terrible blue then purple. Guy's remember control! These exercises are meant for you to maintain tension so don't drop or lose any control like I did!

This guy is great. He doesn't have to curse like the others so I am not embarrassed to keep my volume turned up while others are around. He also has a variety of 5 minute workouts that really work and you can feel it when you complete each workout.

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*
