Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell tricep workout a try! You get a full tricep workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

Bro I’ve been doing this guys at home vids for a month and here’s what I found:
1) You gain weight unless you do serious dieting. It’s muscle
2) your arms hurt. Break up the workouts by days. Arms and chest on day, legs other, etc.
3) don’t give up, this works. Although you may not get that much visible gains, you gain a ton of strength. You can get size by increasing the amount of rounds

I did the 5min bicep, tricep, and shoulders as a complete routine for 3 weeks. I put 1/2' size on the bies and tries. This is significant considering all the heavier weight rep/sets rest/pause and repeat that I was doing that was doing nothing for me prior. These exercises work!

Insane progress if you use heavy weights, if u can't do much with heavy weights, build up to it, these types of workouts with heavy weights give you insanely muscular arms!
