Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell trap workout a try! You get a full traps workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

Just started your workouts a few days ago. I’m at 320 pounds, pretty overweight. Usually I’m too tired and have no energy but just a few of your workouts a day I’ve had so much more energy and trying to set a goal now . Thanks

love how you jumped right into this no bs. I've been having a fair amount of pain in my left mid to upper trap from muscle deterioration from sitting at a desk, I've been seeing a physiotherapist for a bit and they gave me some exercises, honestly, they didn't help me as much as this video did, I feel almost an instant aleviation of the pain and overall muscle increase in my traps.

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

I love that I can do one of your body part workouts as soon as I get to the gym rather than wonder around killing time deciding what I want to do. If I want I can always do another 2 or 2 exercises but can move on to cardio. Great job.
