After doing this awesome little workout with 10lbs in each arm so many times, I tried it tonight with 15s and ouch. It was tough, but I kept up to speed with Mike. I feel it! Now for some intense 5 minute bicep workouts yeah!

You can really test your strength with this tabata dumbbell style by going heavier or stay lighter and really test that endurance! Either way, get shredded by burning more fat while still putting on more lean muscle!!

My routine is 5 sets of DB Bizeb (HIIT) DB Trizeb (HIIT) & DB Shoulders (HIIT) With 3KG DB and it really increased my arms size im doing it every third day and after time I will increase weight also try it out guys it really works !

I did that with a pair of 4 kgs dumbbells three times after a long pause because of depression, corona and other things... I struggled but quite less than I thought, even if I don't really like how I look now. Don't know if I should be proud or ashamed of myself.
