Give this intense 6 minute dumbbell shoulder workout a try! All you need is dumbbells for this routine. You get a killer shoulders workout that you can use for working out at home or at the gym. Routines like this are great for those who want to work out while traveling too! There are 6 exercises using the intervals of 50 seconds high intensity work followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for 6 minutes straight. Try 3-4 sets for a full volume dumbbell only shoulder workout or use this as a finisher at the end of your weighted shoulders day.
