I will be doing this everyday for 1-2 weeks
Day 1 - June 20, 2024: ✅ This was so quick but challenging
Day 2 - June 21, 2024: ✅ I did the plank so well today love it and I just got new clothes so if my abs get more defined from this that’d be great.
Day 3 - June 22: ✅
Day 4 - June 23: ✅
Day 5 - June 24: ✅ my abs are peaking in!
Day 6 - June 25, 2024: ⚠️ replace with her newest vid

I’m gonna do this every day for a week!
Day 1- ✅ it was short but hard at some points! I did feel my abs burning.
