My update🎉
I've been doing this for 1 week 7days straight with
- 20 minutes of tabata(all blanc) 3days per week
- get rid of the love handle workout (yuuka sugawa) 5 days per week
I lost 1.5 cm! Also my legs are toned as well.
I will be sharing more updates cause i will keep doing it and my ultimate goal is the 11 line

I travelled the whole month of Oct. and I am just now trying to start workingboutvagain. Did a double core just now finishing with this one. It is brutal getting back in gear, but I loved this one. Will be checking out more of yours. Thank You!!! ☺

Currently on winter break (2 weeks) so I’m doing this throughout it and hopefully after as well❤

Day 1 (Wed. Dec 18, 2024)✅ - Was a bit hard to do but hopefully, it’ll get easier.

Day 2 (Thur. Dec 19, 2024) ✅ - I Felt sore during it, did it in the morning rather than afternoon today.

Day 3 (Fri. Dec 20, 2024) ✅ - I Felt sore when I woke up and was sore doing it, did it in the morning today.

Day 4 (Sat. Dec 21, 2024) ✅ - Felt sore during the workout. Did it in the morning.

Day 5 (Sun. Dec 22, 2024) ✅ - Did it at night time, felt sore.

Day 6 (Mon. Dec 23, 2024) ✅ - It’s getting a lot easier to do. I did it at night time. Also, I might have to stop for a few days, like 4-5 days but I will be back!

Does this kill anyone else's hips!? I love these 5 minute workouts, I feel so accomplished and I'm getting stronger, not to mention my 3 year old daughtet trys to do them with me, it's so silly and sweet :) Thank you for your videos and the time ou put into them!
