Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.

4th exercise i am doing from her. Doing this twice a day every day for 14 days
Day 1: my arms burn more than my abs but eh
Day 2: my arms are dead. But it was okay so far
Day 3: it was good. The boat hold when i was doing it the second time felt a bit more tiring lol
Day 4: tired, just tired
Day 5: so I did it later than usual but i still did it. Usually i do it at around 4pm, but its 8pm rn lol
Day 6: i feel fine. Sweaty a bit, but fine. Not too tiring anyways
Day 7: decent. Is it a good idea to exercise after i shower- like is there any disadvantages in doing so except for being sweaty
Day 8: i did it- just started my period 😊
Day 9: done It, 5 more days left
Day 10: second time was a bit more tiring but still fine
Day 11: it was normal as usual- idk what to say tbh TT
Day 12: I had a headache while doing this but it's fine
Day 13: tomorrow is the last day
Day 14: today is the last day. Ima move on to another exercise

Doing this for a week!!
Day 1- ☑️ done! My arms are hurting more then my stomach. 😂 . I did another 3 workouts :)
Day 2-❌ no because i did not have time and i played tennis and some ball games. 2 hours of P.E 😦
Day 3-☑️ done! I did another two workouts. I am doing workouts from you and from Bailey!
Day 4-❌ no sorry! I had P. E and horse riding lesson today.
Day 5-☑️done! I did another 3 workouts. My legs are burning because yesterday i galloped so much. R. I. P. My legs 😢😂
Day 6- ☑️ done! Ugh aaah my legs are burning!!! 🙊🙈 i did another 2 workouts for legs and 1 workout for waist (8 minutes) and i did a little hobby horsing. Today i am having for dinner a homemade type od bread with tomatoes🤗. Also i dont eat snacks at night ❤(maybe two days ago i got two chips oop😂)
Day 7-☑️ yaaay! Done! I did another 2 workouts for legs and Abs. Lets do this for another day!
Day 8- ☑️done!! I did another 2 workouts!! My results: smaller waist and legs +arms are really strong!!

doing this everyday cause it really burns but is so quick and simple!! on day 3 and i'm hoping to stay consistent and add more workouts in once this becomes too easy💪

Hey Lily I love your workouts it’s seriously helped me become more confident. I wanted to ask you a question whenever I workout I feel great but some days I really just don’t want to but I feel guilty if I take a rest day. Has this ever happened to you? Anyone can answer this question btw

gonna do this everyday and see if i actually see results while being honest cause why not so rn i have a big lower belly and im going to be alternating between this video and the pilates abs 14 days deep core activation

day 1: i didnt sweat but i really feel like my fore was engaged and its actually a bit sore considering this workout is 5 minutes😭😭 no difference obviously its the first day
