Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Day 1 ✅ ( got little pain in my abs, but no pain no gain)
Day 2 ✅ ( WAS TOUGH. I can barely feel my abs but yes it was indeed worth it)
Day 3✅ I did this easily
Day 4 ✅ (i can see little changes in my lower stomach tho KEEP WORKING GIRLIES)
Day 5 ✅ I did that easily tho

ohk I gotta tell, my waist was 32 when I started these Pilates and now till day 4 it's 31 We'll keep going tho

Day 1 : 🪩 burnnsss!! Omg
Day 2: 🪩 still really sore but seemed quicker!
Day 3 : 🪩 why was this the most hardest for me!? Got through it though

im gonna put this here to mark my progress!
day 1: struggled ngl couldn't even do one of the steps 😭
day 2: it felt harder..idk... the burn was amazing though 👏🏻
day 3: i can feel it getting easier!! such a good workout
edit: so i kinda forgot to keep my updating up sorry!
day 7: this has gotten a lot easier im really proud of myself!
