Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.

i've been following along for the seven day challenge since summer just started and i wanna get fit. however, i didn't like the idea of only doing 5 minute workouts every day, so instead, i've been doing all seven 5 min workouts everyday, in a different order, and this has worked so well! i want to record my progress for u loves! i'm already on day 5 but wanted to start keeping track of my progress so far, and here we are!

starting at: 49kg or 108lbs, but not doing this to lose weight!
day 1: ✅ doing all 7 felt amazing but oh man, it burned! im already in love tho!
day 2: ✅ this was great, already so proud of myself, and i've been more energized throughout the day!
day 3: ✅ getting easier, and feeling stronger.
day 4: ✅ only did 6 of the workouts, since i had to go out for dinner afterwards. i also added a 15 min HIIT for cardio
day 5: ✅ love feeling the burn even the next day, my core is already looking tighter, and my arms have more muscle. also was out in my pool for 3 hours, swimming laps and doing ab situps on the edge of my pool.
day 6: ✅ i was so tired and out of it today, but we pulled through! all done and i'm glad i did it. there's still not a difference in my appearance, but there's definitely one in the way i feel.
day 7: ❌ unfortunately, no. i was so exhausted, and needed a break. i regret it tho.
day 8: ✅ yes, and went on an hour run, since i missed out on yesterday's workout.
day 9: ❌ no, but i was at wonderland going on rollercoasters and walking around for 13 hours, so that was enough for me lol!
day 10: ❌ recovering from the pain of yesterday, so no. but i'll make up for it soon.
day 11: ✅ yes, did each workout video twice to make up for the days i didn't do it.
day 12: ❌ again, was out all day at emerald lake, crazy sore and tired. and going on all the slides and cliff jumps was a good enough workout.
day 13: ❌ superr sunburnt, sore and tired so i couldn't. did go on a 20 min walk to get some type of exercise. and i'll make up for missing this day too! i feel bad about not working out.
day 14: ✅ 2 week mark! and yes, i did it! added 45 min run.
day 15: ✅ starting to make up for all the missed days, and by the way, even though i haven’t been completely consistent, there’s definitely changes in my body, it feels stronger and healthier, and i can feel more motivated through the day, and my body looks more tight and lean. yay! also added 15 min HIIT and a 20min walk
day 16: ✅ done! did lilly’s abs and legs + a 20 min full body! and swam laps in the pool. i’ve definitely gotten stronger and can do more exercise for longer. 🩷
day 17: ✅yess, i've been way more motivated and productive as well as energized throughout the day since i started working out again. i also just started my period, so i went easy on abs. did this + a full body and 2 hours in pool. 😙
day 18: ✅yes! yay! also went in the pool and swam laps until it started raining, and went on 20 min walk.
day 19: ❌ sorry. went to bed late, woke up early, just so tired.
day 20: ✅ we’re almost at 3 weeks, whaaaat? i’m so proud of myself. i have the lines for abs starting to form, and my arms and legs are toned and defined. i’ve def lost fat 💜
day 21: ✅officially 3 weeks in! so happy i've kept myself motivated, usually i quit within a week. did this at 12am bcuz i didnt have the time to do it during the day. also went on a 20 min walk!
UPDATE 🩷: was on vacation from the 17-26th, so i wasn’t able to workout, but i’m starting up again today! also, i will make up for the days i didn’t. but went on walks, bike rides, etc while on vacation!
day 22: ✅ yes! finally did it after vacation, also went in pool for 5 hours, long time ik 😭

I miss your old type thumbnails and videos. I understand you're doing more pilates but please also do thigh, abs, calves, hip workouts as well like you used to. 10 - 15 minutes preferably. Hope you read my comment 😊

I've been doing your workouts in the morning consistently for quite a while. Today I added this "finisher" 😮 It was so much harder than I expected... But thank you for challenging me. I'm going to do all 7, then repeat. 😊

I love your workouts so much, and they always make me feel better about myself. I will definitely will be trying to keep up with these quick workouts, but i do have finales coming up, so, I’m studying as hard as I can.
