This deep core pilates abs workout challenge will help get a tone your abs and get a flat stomach. It's an intense 5 minute at home pilates abs workout that will target your deep core and abdominal muscles to build a functional and stable core, and also help you get visible abs. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Mother of 4 kids under 10. Strength training 4x a week with 2 days hit. I cycle 20, 000 meters (45 min) a day. This has been my norm for YEARS (minus the cycling 20, 000m) no matter how much I workout, lift etc—my abs/love handles weren’t defined. I started doing these workouts randomly one day searching YouTube for wall Pilates. It’s been about 4-5 weeks and even my husband is commenting on how defined my entire stomach is!! I think this is the strongest & most defined it’s ever been. Obviously I still have slightly loose skin due to pregnancies but I’m extremely happy with my results! I never write on youtube but I hope this inspires someone to take the 5 or 10 minutes each day to try this woman’s vids. I can attest they truly do work!

Hi, I'm 65 years old and 'worked out' all my life. Two years ago, I was in a car accident. I've been unable to get back to the gym and lift weights. Recently I've discovered your Pilates videos and have been following your five and 10 minute core routines. I'm amazed at the tone of my core. My lower abdomen is firm again! One day, I will be able to participate in a longer workout. Thank you!

i've been doing your ab workouts for a few months and i've found JURASTIC results. i used to not have a very defined torso with no showing abs but now every time i get dressed or go out in a crop top it's pretty obvious i have a six pack so i just wanted to say tysm<333

Sadece ilk 4 dakika yapalibdim gercektende daha fazla yapamadim lutfen hatirlatın haftada 3 kez bu egzersizi yapmak istiyorum bu ilk günüm.
Hergün bazı hareketler yapiyorum. Ayrıca Hergün mutlaka plank yapiyorum. Dün 1dakika 20 saniye yaptim hergun sureyi artiriyorum. 2 ay sonra okullar açıldığında ince dümdüz karına sahip olmak istiyorum. Hatirlatınnnn


2ci günüm 21.06.2024 yine sadece ilk 5 dakika yapa bildim ekstra egzersizlerde yapiyorum amma onlar duzenli diyil.





3cu gün bu egzersizi yapmadim plank 1dakika 40 saniye


4cu gun bu egzersizi şimdi bitirdim sonlara yakın zorlandim. Hergun plank yapmayi ihmal etmiyorum. Tesekkurler lilly ❤❤❤

Day 3: done (x1)
Day 4: done (x1) after an 1h20 booty workout
Day 5: done (x1) even if it’s 30°C outside!!!
Day 6: done (x1)
Day 7: done (x1) at 1am 😭😭😭
Day 8: rest !

Day 4: ✅ did the modified version for the last one
Day 5: ✅ I was tired but completed it
Day 6: ✅ I was tried so I did the modified version for most of them
Day 7: ✅ I was feeling stronger
Day 8: ✅
Day 9: ✅ I did this before my main ab workout to see how hard it is, but I found it pretty easy, not burning at all.
Day 10: I decided to try another workout.
