I have recently discovered your channel and love your 20 min no wrists standing cardio hiit videos! I have a sore wrist and these workouts have enabled me to get really sweaty workouts in without putting strain on my joints. would love more no wrist 20 min super sweaty hiits! :D

HIIT is no joke, I’m use to going and running 1 and a half to two miles in 20 minutes and this kicked my butt more than any cardio. Good job!!
