Join me for a 20 minute CARDIO BLAST HIIT WORKOUT to get your heart pumping and blast through calories. We will be doing lots of high energy jumping movements to the beat of the music, however I'll be providing those low impact modifications as well. This is an all standing routine which means zero floor work and wrist friendly. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sweating! 💞 xox Mik

Been doing her 20-30 minute weighted workouts for a maybe? a month or so and getting disappointed because I impatiently expected so much more for my efforts. Decided "I'm going on an exercise strike!" And so I skipped a few days.
Then...I had an itch under my arm at my tricep - holy cow - my flabby bingo bat wings were practically gone! No more flab, they felt So, moral of the story is - it's not going to happen overnight. But when it does, you will certainly be pleasantly surprised. Thank you fitbymik - it's working!

I love that you give a low impact alternative, I live in an apartment and I don't want to be that neighbor jumping around all the time

Love the classes. I'm 63 and appreciate the low impact version but now it doesn't stay on the screen throughout the exercise. Any chance you could put it back? I occasionally get out of sync and use it to correct and check my form. Love the channel!!!!

I keep trying new workouts with you--even though this posted a year ago. This really was a blast--pun intended. Thank you for the mods--I need those. Still very effective. Good compound movements make for good, increased bpm/HR and sweat-rate. And the time does fly by. Loved it.

Love these 15-20 minute workouts. Fun moves and I don’t get bored. The low impact demonstrations are very helpful along with the encouragement! I finally found a workout I can enjoy a few days a week. Thank you!

I can’t believe how much weight I’ve lost just thanks to this particular workout . I don’t even diet but then again I also stick with 1500-2000 calories a day and don’t eat much sugar. Ty this is great 👍 😘🫶

Since I found you, I’ve been using these 10-20 minute workouts as a quick afternoon pick me up ( after working from home and school pick up) and it’s better than a cup of coffee for sure!

This was workout was amazing!! It was like rave mode, I didn't feel the burn until the music stopped! Really got my heart rate going, subscribed!
