Welcome to todays over 50s low impact hiit cardio and weights workout. This hiit workout is 20 minutes long and for all levels. This over 50s workout will have 20 no repeat exercises working 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest with 1 round to complete

This over 50s full body workout will include a warm up with cool down stretches.

Thanks Anthony, another great workout. I like the format of going between weights and cardio, and of course the no repeats. I added in lite weights for the cardio. You are doing a great job mixing up the workouts, never be bored. Have a great day.

it will be easier to follow if you add a timer ON THE SCREEN not only this crazy
