Thank you for this video!! I started watching yalls channel 6 months ago to get back into exercise as a postpartum SAHM. I had to modify some of the exercises on my own, but I love how y’all give options for beginner and advanced in this video! It’s great for pregnant or postpartum moms!

Absolutely loved this video! It was just what I needed. You may have shown a modification for a beginner, but it is actually great for someone who has bad knees. Thoroughly enjoyed this did the whole 20 minutes which I didn’t think I would do, thanks to your modifications. Please do more of these kind of videos, especially the standing ones because for someone like me with bad knees, we can’t get on the ground and get back up in time. Thank you for taking time and the work to make a video like this.
