The whole series has been made out very beautifully..though i am an elderly lady with lumbar spondylitis n osteoarthritis i practice these exercises as many as possible..n i start feeling light n supple.. 🙏

Wowsers! That's quite a stretch out! Some of the moves are very hard to do. Stretching I have found helps back problems s lot. As well as back exercises done right!

Very good excersises!
Excersise number 15, UNFORTUNATELY I can NOT do that anymore! I am 58 years old now and I am NOT so FLEXIBLE and LIMBER anymore!! 😰🥵
But I will try to do this excersise as much good and wide as I can!
