Omg I went from exploding 10 to 0 by the end of it. I am a first time new mom and today was a very hard and stressful day. I was just crying before coming here and now I can return to my baby feeling relaxed and happy.

I’ve been doing this meditation for the past 3-4 days and I feel it’s helping. Thank you! Today I experienced my anxiousness trying to creep back in but I went back into the deep breathes and going back to “that safe place”.. it takes time and for ur mind and body to get used to being in a calm, still place when u have had constant adrenaline rushing through it for years. We can do this u guys 🙏🏽 Blessings, healing, faith and love to all!

Perfect timing: just packing for a short trip, limited time so a bit of tension (@ 4), Dr Rossman’s video popped up so I took a break, sat in my garden to listen & follow - at the end I was on practically 0! Going back to continue totally refreshed - big Thank You as always.
