**This is an extended version of my De-Stress meditation to give more time for peaceful contemplation following the 5 minutes of dialogue.**

Take ten minutes or less to find a balance of breath and body as you get in the right headspace to relieve stress and calm anxiety. You can find presence and peace, calm and aware.

Let the ambient music and guiding voice calm your nerves and bring daily healing. Try this guided session in the morning, before sleep, or at any time throughout the day. Peace to you! 🧘
