AT HOME ABS WORKOUT - 15 MIN DEFINED ABS WORKOUT (NO EQUIPMENT) // Today, we are doing a 15 minute abs workout at home. You don’t need any equipment for this ab routine. We will be doing 13 rounds of 10 back to back ab exercises with a 20 second rest in between rounds.
Don’t forget to get thoroughly warmed up before this abs workout.

3 rounds | 30 seconds exercise | 20 seconds rest in between exercises
Single leg lowers
Double leg lowers
Right side plank with rotation
Left side plank with rotation
Single leg v-ups
Alternating heel touches
Double leg stretch
Reverse crunches
Plank with toe taps
Sea-saw plank
Rest - 20 seconds
Repeat above abs circuit 2 more times
End of workout
