This follow along workout is an abdominal at home workout to strengthen your core and abdominal muscles.

In order to strengthen your core and abdominal muscles you should include many different exercises such as full body movements, compound lifts and isolating exercises.

The exercises for this ab workout are as follows for 30 seconds of each continually. Every other 30 seconds, we will be performing reverse crunches! There is no rest period

SINGLE LEG LOWER TO ABDUCTION

DOUBLE LEG LOWER SLOW
REVERSE CRUNCH

Please ensure you adapt this lower abs workout to your level as we are all different! Simply bend at knee and don’t come down to floor as far to reduce difficulty.

for ONCE I felt something in my lower abs. usually "low ab" videos only work my upper abs but this video is stellar!

I'm normally skeptical of ab workouts that claim they are "intense", but this was true to it's word. Thanks for the lower ab torture 😄 I look forward to being able to do this with ankle weights eventually too!

Definitely my favorite lower abs workout and by far my favorite workout channel in general. I can't recommend these videos enough to anyone trying to get more fit. Caroline you have been my saving grace and my biggest inspiration to stick to my goals everyday while being stuck to my dorm room for workouts!

I love this ab workout Caroline! It’s very tough, but it feels so good! It’s good pain. I’m 45 yrs old and had back surgery when I was 27. I’ve always tried to focus on strengthening my core due to my back problems. I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) when I was 22 yrs old and as a result of the DDD, I have 3 herniated discs and 1 slipped vertebrae in my lower back.

In December of 2018, I was in a terrible state with my back. I couldn’t hardly walk and was having severe nerve pain (sciatica) in my right leg. I had to consult with a surgeon to discuss a 2nd back surgery which would involve inserting a metal cage in my back that would pull the slipped vertebrae back into alignment with the rest of my spine AND he would fuse the 3 herniated discs in my lower back which would leave me with limited mobility and that’s not a good thing 😕

Due to the good Lord answering my prayers 🙏🏻 and by me doing my part to strengthen my core/abs, I was able to avoid this barbaric 2nd surgery and was able to walk again without pain. I have never felt better thanks to your workouts! I want to say thank you for working so hard for us, so that we can keep our bodies healthy and strong 💪🏻 You are an inspiration and a breath of fresh air. You really motivate me! Keep up the good work 👍🏻

I’m going to be honest. I had a flat stomach a few hours after doing this workout. I’m skinny anyway but after having a c-section I had a “pouch”. It was gone for like 3 days after doing this! I forgot to save it so I had a hard time finding it again but here I am! Obviously I’m not expecting this every time. I was shocked to even see anything after 1 time but it was there and noticeable! I will be doing this regularly for sure. Caroline does amazing workouts!

Sentimental towards this video as it is how I first found Caroline and her workouts. I remember thinking- wow, finally someone who is challenging me. Since then Caroline has been part of my every day- adding joy and excitement to every workout.
