Hey guys I'm gonna try this I'll update each day and I'll also say what I'm doing!
K-pop dance to warm up
20 bycicles
20 crunches
20 jackknifes
20 reverse crunches
25 spider crunches
25 sit ups and I'll end with some yoga!
I'll come back and update after the first day please like it would help me remember to come back! You guys shine! ❤

I’m gonna be so real with you guys I haven’t done it at all I recently started cheer and haven’t had the time and I have been sick so I will hopefully come back with the first day report tomorrow I’m really sorry ty for liking!

Here is my workout rutine that gave me abs in a week!

25 crunches
25 side crunches (25 on each side)
25 leg twist
50 sit ups
30 second plank
25 squats
1 dance (your choice)
50 but kicks
30 butterflies
1 dance (your choice)
Push ups - if you can
50 jumping jacks
15 burpees

Adjust to your liking!

If you don’t have a dance to learn or do then i would recommend: supershy by newjeans - arm wourkout or Eve, psyche & the bluebeard’s wife by Le sserafim - Helps with abs.

For everyone watching along now. Sleep and diet is number 1 for fitness. Especially just starting out don’t run yourself into the ground! Changes to lifestyle can work wonders alongside balanced exercise

I've been doing this for 2 weeks and i already see great results. No cap. Recommend this workout!! ❤ I did it almost everyday and sometimes i did 1 day workout, 1 day rest, then 1 day workout again.

To get better results, I recomend repeating this workout 3x a day.
More tips:
Warm up before you do this workout
Then do this workout! For some motivation, " In one week you will feel it, in two weeks you will see it, in 3 weeks family members and friends will see it, and in 4+ weeks everyone will see it.

After this workout: do another workout! I usually use Pinterest, YouTube, or this fitness app called fit on! On YouTube, I recommend Chloe ting, daisy Keech, and mad fit of course! On fit on, I recommend Bree, Danielle, and Cassy!

Stretching/cool down: It's important to stretch for at least 10 minutes daily after working out! I use fit on and YouTube for this and the same trainers.

Diet:
Besides working out, the best way to lose weight is to eat a well balanced healthy diet. Once every couple weeks, treat yourself with a meal with junk food.

I’m going to do this every day and update to see how it goes❤️

Day 1: no change (obvi it’s the first day lol) jackknives we’re really hard though

Day 2: still no change but jackknives were a bit easier

Day 3: there’s a slight change and I don’t feel the jackknife anymore

Day 4: I skipped I was out that day

Day 5: this is getting wayyy easier and I’m starting to notice it

Update: hey y’all sorry I haven’t been updating, my internet was being awful. Over the past however many days, the workout had really helped and I notice a big improvement! I will continue to use this but not update as I want to be on my phone less❤️

I'm going to do 25 of each per workout and I added 25 of those things where you twist your body in a plank - i'll update you guys! Wish me luck tho 💀I just want to add that different people have different progress rates. Some people might have slow progress while other people have fast progress. It also comes down to life styles and genetics. But even if you feel like you're not progressing as fast as you would like, progress is progress! So don't give up and don't put yourself down! You should be proud of yourself you even started to workout and shouldn't blame yourself if you skip a day or two. It's normal! Love you

Day 1: Was in lots of pain- am still in lots of pain. I feel tightness in my stomach!! No change (duh) hopefully soon! Lots of sweating. I took 10 second breaks in between each little workout. My worst one was either crunch or jackknife. My easiest was either reverse crunch. Hopefully i will not procrastinate!

Okayyy.... I will try to perform and update you guys 😁
( So I'm doing raised leg crunches and hip twists along with these exercises )
Day 1 - No change ofcourse 😒 but I'm feeling pain in my stomach 😅...
Day 2 - Still can't see any change but feeling the exercises are getting easy to do...
Day 3 - I can see little bit of abs structure when i push my stomach inside... 😊
Day 4 - Same as day 3...
Day 5- Not much changes but I think my fat is reduced 😑
Day 6 - These exercises are really effective... I can clearly see changes not that much but still...

Guys here’s my workout I’m going to follow until school starts I will update everyday if I can but if I don’t update I will some days later:
15 crunch’s
1 K-pop (dance they are amazing and good for your body)
10 push ups
30 seconds plank
1 normal dance or K-pop dance(your choice)
25 burpees
20 bicycles
35 butterfly’s:
Day 1:✅so intense but worth it
Day 2:✅still intense but worth it
Day 3:✅why is it so intense
Day 4:guys I’m sorry but I have a lot to do and comment on workouts so I can’t comment on this one I’m super sorry
