Roll out your mat and join me for a simple follow along abs workout to really make your ab muscles work!

4 movements, 4 set circuit!

Timer will be on continuously for 45 seconds per movement.... we work through the following 4 movements then repeat for a total of 4 sets!

This was one of my favorite ab workouts I’ve ever done!! I wanted to scream after every round because my core was so sore and engaged but that’s a good thing to me! Thank you Caroline!!! ❤️

What I learned from CG MAM after following her since Epic 1 that you have to trouble the comfortable, and comfort the troubled👍🏻you are the best coach and so humble personality I have ever seen.
