This gentle seated 10-minute yoga practice includes floor stretches suitable for all levels including beginners. Stretch your entire body and feel relaxed and rejuvenated in just 10 minutes.

In this 10-minute seated yoga flow, we'll move through a series of gentle full body stretches to get you more limber and relaxed. This is the perfect yoga class for beginners or all levels, and you can do it sitting on your yoga mat or on your bed. It's a great class to do in the morning to help get you moving, or in the evening to help you leave the day behind.

These low to the ground practices are great. I sleep poorly still and don't have a bulk of energy in the morning. These kind of practices are the sollution to get atleast some feel good energy and movement in the morning. More of these classes are appreciated 😎 🙏 thank you.

I picked this seated stretch instead of the standing stretch and it felt great since it’s morning and my muscles are always tight from fibromyalgia. Thank you for all that you do!
