30 minute full body seated yoga practice with twists!

Hello Friends, Today's practice will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated and relaxed. In this full body, seated yoga practice, we move through various twisting postures to open up the bottom and top half. We linger a little longer in the last few poses to really sink deep. Some of the poses in todays practice include deer, pigeon and cat pulling tail. This class is very accessible, lowkey and grounding. All of the postures are seated until we lay down on our back towards the end of the practice. #yoga #seatedyoga #fullbodystretch

This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Ahh this one felt so amazing. My body feels super tired today after having a late and busy Friday. This practice was exactly what I needed to create space in my upper body and hips 🥰

I've been away from yoga since February due to life pressures, but I have been determined to get back to it, and this practice was just a perfect reintroduction! Those twists were delicious, I will be revisiting this one for sure ❤❤❤

Way to go Shaunneka! This one was fabulous for my hip, extensors and everything else! Deer pose with the twist was really challenging on the left side but that is due to my tight right hip extensors. Twists were fantastic! I was waiting for the beginning seated part to reverse and switch legs but that was just my body being very stiff in the morning. Thank you!
