Seated Deep Stretch Yoga Class | 30 Minute Relaxing Practice For Everyone

This gentle, relaxing yoga sequence is designed to give you a deep full body stretch and help improve your flexibility. 🙌 All stretches are done on the ground - there are no downward dogs, planks, chaturangas, or upward dogs. Optional props are 1 bolster (or pillow) and 2 blocks. Each stretch will be held for multiple breaths. Enjoy a nice long savasana at the end.

hey! i’m a wheelchair user, and i use your yoga practises religiously. would love to see more adaptable yin yoga practises/classes, and if you could let me know of any that i might be afraid to click on that i could actually do sat down if you find the time, i’d love that! i’m handicapable, so literally i can figure it out but i have ataxia so if i can’t like have a pillar (like my cane/walker/wheelchair) to balance with, i can’t do the pose. but if i can, i can absolutely make it! i have a husband to help me, so that’s good, but i prefer to do yoga on my own! i loooove the bed yoga series, and the seated yoga series, but yeah, i love the yin yoga (also a major soft spot for the ones with music!) and would love to see more!

this was so amazing for lower back stiffness! such a great flow for when my shoulders are too burnt out for chaturangas. will be replaying this again soon <3 thank you jessica!

i'm staying in my grandma's basement with low ceilings while home for the holidays, so this came in handy! It's really good for the hips and low back. i think a 10 minute seated stretch video would be good, i could probably convince some family memebers to join me that way ;)

I start my first 200 hour YTT in two days and I’ve been having trouble getting on the mat these past few days because of my little self sabotaging mindset. This was the perfect flow I needed this morning to get me out of my funk, thank you 🙏🏼
