Thank you for joining me for this all seated gentle yet invigorating chair yoga video!
In this session we will focus more on breathing through traditional yoga poses that are gentle and will leave you feeling taller and energized.
Please use a sturdy chair that doesn't have arms/sides. Also grab a strap such as a resistance band, belt or lease to assist with a few of the stretches.
This video is great to do everyday and is appropriate for all levels including seniors and beginners.

30 plus years ago I had a regular standing yoga practice. I can no longer do that so this chair yoga was a real treat! Thank you.

Day 72, I quite like to do exercises like that at the end of the day because they are incredibly grounding and calming.Actually I can see them work for people with anxiety problems or when you can't sleep. Or even do some of them when you are alone in the office and your neck and shoulder muscles get tense.The exercises combined with the controlled breathing, your soothing voice and the calming music, are sheer bliss. :)

Just completed second morning in a row! My right hip trochanter has been”out”for 18 months, and left shoulder “out” for about the same time! I’ve undergone countless injections in both places, and still my hip tweaked out again on Saturday when I had to show my art at a commitment that I had at a vendor sale. I made it through and I was walking so much that day it released around 3 o’clock, but was back by 8 AM the next morning and I sat down Sunday morning, July 21, 2024 to my first ever online chair yoga. This is the perfect workout for my two problem areas because it made me feel better just all day yesterday after one time. Thank you, thank you thank you from a former Transformational Breathwork Facilitator!
