Thank you so much for this video. For the past five months I have been unable to maintain my normal yoga & pilates workouts. I had extensive foot surgery with metal screws & plates & was non weight-bearing for six-eight weeks. Three months after that surgery I had my second total hip replacement. I am so eager to get back to yoga. This was a beautifully relaxing and gentle way to ease myself back into a regular workout routine.

This is such a wonderful chair yoga flow! I know that this was released several years years ago, but it is a perfect sequence to provide a little gentle mobility to the entire body. And I love that it's suitable for all levels and abilities! Chair yoga classes are my favorite to plan and film too!

Thank you, I can actually do this with the pains I have everyday... 25 yrs of nursing has took alot on my body. I felt very comfortable and I feel like I achieved something without fail. I hope I can do more in the future.

Love all of your videos! My husband and I do one of them every evening after the dishes are done. It's so helpful that you show different options for doing each exercise since my husband is less flexible than me. I hope that you will be making more in the near future...please!

Grateful to have found this. I was trying a 36 min chair yoga but it was to much for my 400 lb self. This is a good starting place for me
