This was great, anyone who thinks body weight only exercises dont work you only need to do this circuit and perform the exercises correctly

I really struggle with motivation, but i find these short hiits really help. If i only do one hiit then thats fine at least i did something, but a lot of the time i think, ok i could probably do another! Thank you for all your videos Amy!! ❤

A little bit of everything in this one. Some Cardio, Pilates, Barre, mobility and strength. I kept moving and sweating the whole time- I did the moves at HIIT pace. And because there weren't many floor moves, I was able to listen to my music and just watch for your ques!
