Thank you for this workout, I’m not exactly a biginner but I feel this is perfect for a ten minute every day workout. And thank you for making it for actual beginners, a lot of workout influencers make “workout for beginners” videos and then they are more advanced than my rowing+ workout lessons (which are definitely not for beginners)

I have checked out several work out videos from different creators now and I have to say you got the balance right in the time given between exercises in your videos. It allows you to see the movement and get in position without missing half the excersice because you have to get on the floor or figure out how to move.

Hey, your workouts are so helpful. I am not able to do the movements as precise as you do, but I try my best. The combined exercises are not easy for me(52 years), but I know, the do miracles for my brain (keeping focused and concentrated).

I really appreciate you making this since I was having a hard time finding a work out that I could get into as someone who has had a surgery around my neck recently.

I was at fall risk and had to completely relearn how to climb the stairs so I didn’t stumble or wear myself out so quickly. And since the surgery was around my neck, I had to be careful about raising my arms or even coughing so it was a relief to find your video when other routines looked WAY to vigorous for someone like me who’s just trying to recover and rehabilitate myself from a major surgery so I can go back to work without worrying about fainting 😅

Ik this was long ago but tysm for this video it helps sm i allways tryed videos that where definitely not for beginners and actually finally got through this one with no stopping the video and I feel great after this will definitely do again!

So I’m almost 13, and secondary is taking a rough turn on me, I haven’t been staying healthy, washing my hair, or showering, (I’ve showed once a week), but I decided that I was gonna change, I searched up workouts on YouTube, and I tell you I found so many pro ones, it was unreal, then I found this video, I did the whole 10 minutes and I really wanna start doing this more,

Note : My dog kept on running into me, barging into me and running around like a lunatic 😭😭😭
