Amazing! I didn't think 10-20 min workout could be so effective. Been doing it for a week now and I'm already doing better on the push-ups! I feel great...for all you new ppl keep it up it gets easier I promise

I was looking for a quick full body workout to do in my hotel room before a super busy day of meetings and no other time to workout, and this was exactly what I needed! Effective, worked up a sweat, and only took 10 minutes. So happy to be starting this day off right.

LOVE IT!! I first do the 10 minute jump rope work out & then follow it up with this & am sweating profusely for the next half hour minimum (in the winter too)!!

An amazing workout - thanks so much!!  I haven't exercised for ages due to injuries to both my ankles and right  knee. Hopefully I'll be able to get through it without too much strain. I'll let you know how I do!!!

The combo of core exercises and the runners' crunches actually let me feel that great burn/healthy soreness in my entire abdominal wall for a good 4 days--many ab circuits I've done in the past are totally weak-sauce. Another stellar workout!

This is the best short morning workout I've seen so far for people with joint challenges. Can't do all the plyometrics but need the cardio. Saving this one for future use!
