i can’t find my progress comment but i already finished this workout like a month ago, and yes it’s really effective!!! from 55kg, at the end of this program my kg is 52. and i also did other 15 day programs (arms & abs, flat abs) and now i’m only 49kg!!! THANK U SO MUCH EMI 😭

no matter how hard this exercise is, i still come back to it and make sure i do this AT LEAST ONCE a week. effort, hard work and consistency are definitely the key to weight loss. thank you emi. after 5 months of doing your workouts, i've lost 12kg. i know it's been a slow progress and maybe not that big of an achievement but, for me this was the biggest achievement of my life for this year. thank you emi!

Guys, I am going to share a trick which I follow
Whenever there are 2 options available for an exercise, I always start with the jumping one and try to do it but since I am not too strong I start getting tired . Then when I think I can't do the jumping one any more, I switch to the no-jumping option ! This way I complete the exercise ! I hope this trick helps you too :))

Finished my 15 days burn full body fat today..I lose 2kg and m so happy..this is my first time doing the full challenge, I could not be more proud of myself 🤭.. The exercise doing more than just losing kgs for me.. it make me feel confident and better everyday..love all the motivation words from emi..thank you emi🥰😘 gonna continue with 4 weeks full body workout 🔜💪💪

I usually work out as an hobby ...I don't hate it at all..but...there are some days like today that doesn't matter how hard I try, my body won't move....I feel so lethargic today ... relatable anyone?

ive been doing this workout for a week n i lost 3 kg with no diet 😭😭😭 this is crazy now i feel more motivated to continue n lose more weight. n if u guys dont wanna have diet, make sure to drink a lot of water everyday at least 2litres. ❤️
