First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won't lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

Day 1: ✅ it was really hard for me to come to the end of this workout, I’ve had 2 long (abt 5 mins each) breaks. Although I’m all wet, I feel motivated because I feel the tightness in my belly and other parts of my body
(I’ll come back tomorrow)

Day 2: ✅❌ I only did half of the workout cuz I got my ears pierced and I was worried that sth could happen to them (it did once lol) but tmrw I’ll do full workout❤

Okay doing this challenge as a super lazy and unfit 13yo who’s trying to get some physical activity. I won’t be doing a diet but I will be watching what im eating and will eat smaller portions. Starting: 121 lbs, 5’1ft

-Day 1✅: tiring and was pretty sure I did a majority of these work outs wrong but I dragged myself through it!

-Day 2✅: started my period😒.Woke up super sore and had really bad back cramps, had to take longer breaks in between sets and seriously felt like throwing up but I made it ig 😢

-Day 3✅: omg soooo harddd! My throat kept getting dry so i took frequent water breaks and omg my legs hurt so bad i could barely walk to the shower! But i made it😩

-Day 4✅: So tiring I laid on the floor for a good 10 minutes. Don’t see any results yet but it’s only day 4.

-Day 5✅: still super tiring and my throat keeps getting dry but I took less breaks and I think my form on some workouts are getting better! 😋😋 (btw happy 4th of July!🇺🇸)

-Day 6✅: Super tiring as always, but i did it! Tmr will be halfway there so I’m excited for that :))

-Day 7✅: so sweaty and tiredddd but we’re halfway done with this challenge!! Tbh I can’t wait for this to be over this workout is so harddd😩😩

-Day 8✅: was less exhausting and took less breaks! Was still tired after doing this tho. After this challenge I might start her ab challenge since I’m not noticing much stomach fat going away but my love handles and back fat are definitely smaller!!

-Day 9✅: was less exhausted today and didn’t take any extra breaks! Only 5 days left and I’m so excited for this to end😞😞

-Day 10✅: Same as always, so tiring. I notice my form is getting better and I’ve been keeping up with the workouts. I cannot verbally explain how bad I want this challenge to be over it’s really a love hate relationship.

-Day 11✅: paired this with her ab workout and I was seriously dying it was sooo brutal. But day 11 is doneee!!

-Day 12✅: paired this with the ab workout again and because I was so tired after the ab workout I did only 2 sets of this workout😞 But only 2 days left!

-Day 13✅: Paired it with the ab workout, was definitely less tired from this workout but paired with the ab workout it was still tiring. Tomorrow’s the last day and final weigh in!!

-Day 14✅: Finally finished! Was less tired after this workout but time for the final weigh in: Ending: 119.8 Ibs.

I do notice my torso area is a bit slimmer but nothing too much. If u are looking for more drastic changes you should probably go into a calorie deficit or eat healthier because during this challenge I had no changes to my diet, you should also try to walk/run more or do another workout on top of this one. Overall, I liked this challenge and will be doing chole tings 2 week ab workout. Thank you all for supporting me during this journey and also writing down your progress during this challenge!!🩷

I tried this 4 years ago, now I’ll do it again. I’m convinced that I’ll book much progress.
Starting with: 68, 8 KG.
Day 1: ✅ I did it, I’m exhausted.
Day 2: ✅ I was very excited, I feel very motivated and energetic.
Day3: ✅ Was not really feeling it today, not feeling motivated, but I’m glad I dit it!
Day 4: ❌ Was really busy today, so I couldn’t.😕
Day 5: ✅ Did it together with my brother. Feel good💪
Day 6: ✅ I feel really great! After the workout I continued with some other exercises for 10 minutes. So in total I had a work out of 23 minutes.
Day 7: ❌ Was too busy today.
Day 8: ✅ I did this and the “get abs in 2 weeks” right after. I was absolutely exhausted, but I feel great!
Day 9: ✅Omg guys I did this at 10 p.m, I insisted on doing it but I did everything but the burpees on low impact.
Day 10: ✅ Done, Still sore from day 8.
Day 11: ✅ Done, I weighted myself too: 67.6 KG right now!
Day 12: ✅ Done, I did this exercise and the “get abs in two weeks” again!
Day 13: ✅ Done!
Day 14: ❎ Did not do the work out, however I did go holding for over an hour today. So I think that should cover it.
Day 15: ✅ Done!
Day 16: ✅ Did it! I’m really trying to get motivated again, because lately I’m really dreading to do the work out.
Day 17: ✅ Dit this and to feel a little more excited I did a dance work out of 15 min after!
Day 18: ✅ Felt really motivated, so I did a dance workout(15 min), jumping rope (12 min) and this work out.
Day 19: ❌ After a long day at work I decided to give my body some rest today :)
Day 20: ✅ Did the dance work out (15 min) and this one!
I will keep you all updated!

Day 30?: So I’ve been working out every morning. But I’ve had some troubles with staying in a calorie deficit. My weight is very inconsistent, but when I stopped doing this work out my weight was 67.2kg (lost 1.6 KG)

I started this challenge today, as someone who never works out.

Day one: (28th July) done ✅ i felt extremely exhausted since i did a 5 min workout before deciding to start this challenge.
Day two: done ✅ I woke up sore and extremely tired but I managed to finish the workout.
Day three: I didn't finish the whole workout because I was extremely tired.
