Im doing all the 50 mins workout uploaded by her everyday...its been 13 days i have lost 2kg...and my body has toned up..I'm satisfied😄😄

Yes these workouts actually work! I’m one of the people who have lost over 20lbs with these videos! I started in Mid-December weighing at 212.8lbs and now I am 190.4lbs. Basically I lost about 10lbs each month so far. I try to do Zumba 2-3 days of the week while doing intermittent fasting and eating less than 1500 calories a day. I have lost over 20lbs while still eating all the foods I love, but of course just lowering the portion size. I also incorporated some of chloe tings hiit workouts before Zumba and that really helps. I am so thankful for these awesome videos and Mira keeps me on my toes!

day 1: 73.0
day 2: 73.15 (bummer but I've got faith)
day 3: 72.55 (whatttt🙀)
day 4: period leave 🤕
day 5 : 73.20 ( had breakfast and almost 1lit of water before 🤐)

These workouts slimmed down my waist. The videos make it so easy to just take a break from work, stand up and play one on your laptop. Easy to fit in each day. It's good for your blood and oxygen circulation, too.

For me, I started with 60.1 kg last week. But now my weight is around 58.20 kg. I did this routine in the morning and for the rest of the day I am take more protein, fruits and vegetables. And rice only 2-3 spoon. So I will keep up with this workout as well as my healthy meal . My goal is to get my 48 kg back in 6 month ahead

Started doing this from today 19 Feb with intake of less than 1500 calories. Current weight is 87 after every 7 days I will update. Thank you🙏🙏

I do interment fasting, eat 1500 some items less calories a day and I do her Zumba 6x a week along with 10k steps. I try to do the workout as hard as I can for more intensity and to burn more calories, I’ve lost hella weight! Been doing it since January and now I’m in love with Zumba and I will be become a Zumba instructor myself this year when I get the certification for it. Zumba is by far my favorite form of exercise period. Love Mira and love Zumba

Cvičím podle vás krátce a pořádně nevím jak na tohle bude tělo reagovat. Nezapotím se ale po delších hodinách a druhý den citim bolest brišáku a cítím svaly zad což je fascinující😁

Many people want Zumba to lose weight and belly fat without realizing that these exercises mainly give you energy and help you keep a healthy mind and body also in my experience these routines hype me up make me happy and allow me to get rid of stress just a whole new world of mindfulness peace and sanity. When I do them losing weight is no longer the problem anymore but instead staying pro active healthy and happy ❤️love them so much 😌
