I lose 16 kg for 28 days.., i just eat everyday :
1 banana
6 tomatoes
1 boiled egg
100 grams baked chicken fillet
Water as much as possible
No sugar, no oil
1 set push up (just 10x/set)

Losing weight take times and requires patience just do cardio and eath healthy food (eat enough protein) protein give you faster metabolism losing 5-7 kg in a month is achieveable

Nah just eat one meal a day and walk 30-50k steps a day, drink lots of water and you will lose weight in no time

that's true, DO NOT EAT.. i lose 13 kg in 20 days without exercise at all.. i did water fasting diet.. just water for 20 days.. it was so hard during the 1st 4days, but after passing that, i didn't feel hunger anymore and felt energized!
however, it is not advisable to do that long..
normally, people do water fasting for 7 days..
also, seek a doctor first, especially when you are on a maintenance meds..
but again, IT IS POSSIBLE.. just risky🥴

Actually… I lost 15kg in two weeks….

I ate around 400cals and burned 1, 000cals….it was really hard and I definitely don’t recommend doing this but…yeah it’s posible to loose 10kg in two weeks so….

I lose 24 kg when i was teenagers. All i eat is just glass of milk and 2 slices of bread. Only 2 meals per day. Did it for 2.5 months. It's a good experience but my weight gain very fast when i start eat normal, rice etc.

There is another way, but it takes more time, try to increase the amount from losing 10kg in 2 weeks to losing 10 kg in 1-2 months, this way if you want to burn 10kg in 1 month you will have to jog for 1 hour without eating for a whole month (not sustainable) so jog for 2 hours to earn you 500 calories so that you can be in a 500 calorie deficit.

PS. if you would like to know what foods to eat in a 500-calorie deficit, let me know :)

I lost 8kg in 2 weeks just be healthy and do cardio.
it's achievable I eat breakfast and small meal at miday only.

I'm going to be honest. I did this formula before watching this video and it is %1000 accurate, it works cause I've done it and its so crazy. Glad I watched this video. Wished I watched it sooner😮
