Friend, yes, I felt it. My muscles are burning and now I'm getting the hang of working out with you too. Want some strength training with weights? No, not those. I love doing those. I understand. We need to do some repetitions to get the muscles working, but I still don't want to do any repetitions. You're the best and I'll see y❤ou in the next session.

Very much felt the burn. Perfect as a finisher or as a beginner if you have sciatica like me and need to do A LOT of core work even before other activities.
