Day 1 - It's a daunting task
Day 2 - Going well
Day 3- Tired
Day 4 - Done
And I loose 1.5 kgs in just 4 days including cycling and proper diet..
My diet plan (Indian)- when you get up in morning drink hot lemon water. At noon eat 2 chappati with sabzi and salad. Evening take some milk with some flakes. At night don't eat dinner, drink lots of water and go for a walk.

WEEK TWO - Don't stop doing this workout, this is the real thing - I've been doing this every single day since December 15, 2020, and my abdominals are looking better and better. I am starting to see my waistline again! Have to lose a few pounds, which is never easy (especially at holiday time!), and my hysterectomy 'pooch' is going to be the hard part, but I'm not giving up!!

WEEK ONE - Completed one week, did workout every day - THIS ONE WORKS!! I can already see the upper and lower abdominals starting to flatten, and for some reason my butt feels like it's tightening, and the thighs also. And I had a total hysterectomy, so you know what that does to the abdominals. My jeans are starting to fit better, and I can see a definite improvement. I will update again for WEEK TWO!

I'm been using this since 2020 from 80 kilos I went down to 60 in just one month! Now I gave birth to my baby boy went up to 72 kilos again.. back to square 1!!!! Let's go monies!!!

I made sure to read all the comments first to see if this workout works and the people in the comments seem to enjoy it very much this is my day 1. To be honest its low impact but very effective workout, I didnt run out of breath at all but my sweat was running down my face

I was following and doing this exercise for 7 days straight and i already see changes or improvements in my belly. It's really painful to my muscles but im not gonna give up. No pain, No gain as they say! everyone should try this out too!

I have just started to exercise back and I am loving this workout. Today is my day three and it has been going great. I would definately recommend this for anyone who is just starting back their workout routine, you will not be disappointed. I workout early in the mornings and also drink a Apple Cider vinegar pill after workout. My waist in particular has already been showing progress. Love it!

I started this three days ago and I’m really enjoying it! Gonna do this every day and hope it reducing my belly and love handles! I gained about a stone in this pandemic and I’ve been really down about my weight. So happy I found this channel! Looking forward to trying some others. Hopfully see some results soon!
