This one is absolutely crazy. Around 36% I seriously thought about giving up, but I yelled at myself and pushed through until the end!😂 The struggle was unbelievable haha, feeling really proud of myself😊

Ngl I went through 5 stages of grief completing this and took some few seconds pauses in between but I did it and Im so proud of myself❤❤❤❤ Thank you for another amazing workout (the killer part was not a lie)

UPDATE: Did this again after almost a month of more or less consistent workouts and it was so much easier!!!! IF YOU ARE READING THIS DON'T QUIT, IT'S SO WORTH IT

I wake up not feeling like working out and it says high intensity so I told my self just 10 minutes but I finished it and it feels freaking good 😭 Thank you Anna

Day 1- hiit
Day 2- upper body
Day 3- aerobic/dance workout
Day 4- abs
Day 5- lower body
Day 6- strech and relax
Day 7- recover

This one I believe is one of your harder ones that I have done recently. I had to pause like 2 times but I finished it and yeah I was sweating at the end but I love the feeling after the workout you honestly just feel amazing. Thanks for your videos I always do them Sunday morning on an empty stomach.

Damnnn. I moved from the Beginners HIIT workout and thought I'd give myself a challenge by doing this. SO TOUGH FOR ME. I did 28% today and already feel done for the day. 😅 But it's alright. I'm glad I did it!! Will be back tomorrow and get better at it everyday.
