Thanks for the workout. For me personally, this was not as intense but I could definitely make it more intense by adding in jumps. This pairs well with a mild day workout. I still sweat and still got my heart rate up. 😁

Defo a HIIT, personally one more intense workout in there and its still a winner. However that's easy to resolve, make it more intense turn the squat and reach to a squat and power jump (land with knees bent) and side ways jog turn to high knees jog. Pressups pump up and try to live your palms off the ground/or do diamond pressups. Takes a top workout to the next level.
