I keep coming back to this one. Not because it's easy because it's not. I just really like the pace and the workout in this one. It's great for days I need to go a little lighter, but still push hard and I mean I push this one hard.

This guys HIIT WORKOUT was absolutely authentically unique. If I told you that I enjoyed the complete workout, I'd be lying because I was too busy sweating and gasping for air. He definitely pressed me through too the end. When I wanted to give up, I thought about me not obtaining the full benefit of HIIT WORKOUT. I want to thank you for your content, but especially for this particular workout. I was doing very well for many months- Caroline Girvan 5 days a week and yours on and off and then I fell off the wagon. As a night shift worker (nurse in the acute hospital), it was difficult to get back to regular workout. Maybe it is the winter blue or whatever, I craved a good cardio- not too many burpees, reasonable pace, TABATA timing, a good balance of core, jumping and fun at the same time. And I found it and I am staying on it for December. I set it up as a challenge to do it every day and yep, it's working. I really enjoy it, not just suffer through it and I am able to do it before or after night shift. My favorite workout at this moment. ❤️
